Neck/Back Pain (At A Glance):

Neck/Back Pain(Definitions):
  1. Neck Pain
    Most people will experience neck pain at some point in their lives. Neck pain can be acute, which usually lasts a few hours to weeks, or it can be chronic, which could last several weeks to months.

    Most neck pain comes from normal stress and tension brought on by poor posture with daily and work activities. In most cases neck pain is not serious. But sometimes neck pain can signify something more significant especially when the pain is severe or travels into your arms and hands.

    Warning signs of a serious neck condition:
    • Severe Unrelenting Pain
    • Shooting Pain
